It's a powder mix highly tasty and nutritious, balanced

- 1 glass of fruit juice
- Meat (2x per week), chicken (2x per week), fish (at

- Brown Rice (avoid white rice)
- Salads and vegetables (preferably 4 types of green and
1 color)

• Before bed:

Note: _ Drink 10 glasses of 150ml of water daily.
_ Take a 1 liter daily diuretic tea, helping in
eliminating fat excess.
_ Exercise daily walking 30 minutes.
_ If you want to lose less than 4 pounds, replace dinner
for Forever Lite.
_ If you want to lose more than 4 pounds, replace
breakfast and dinner for Forever Lite.
